About Nikki

Chronology:

 

2001 - 2004: Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles.

​

2005 - 2008: Employed as Managing Attorney specializing in Bankruptcy and Tax Resolution Law.

​

I was hired because of my deep sense of empathy and concern for all my clients coupled with my attention to legal details and desire to help.

​

2009 - 2018: Attorney and CEO of Hashemi Law Corporation - focused on educating the community about the pros and cons of filing for bankruptcy, appeared on a bi-weekly local radio show, and candidly explained the pitfalls and blessings that a bankruptcy filing could bring. 

​

I am just as comfortable accepting a case, as I am refusing one. My responsibility is to be forthright with everyone I cross paths with, before and after signing a retainer agreement. Contrary to other law offices that will accept any and every case, I take pride in being selective and paying detailed attention to every single client. 

 

2022 - Present: Attorney and CEO Interplay Legal Solutions Inc. 

 

Motherhood, introspection, and the complicated dynamics of family relationships after the loss of several loved ones, have now awakened a desire in me to help families address their after-life affairs as well. 

 

In addition to my extensive background in Bankruptcy Law, I now incorporate the sensitive and often misunderstood field of Estate Planning Law and help families establish their Trusts, Wills, and Powers of Attorney, Advanced Health Care Directives, etc.

The top three most exciting and life-changing events of my life include sky-diving, meeting my amazing husband, and the birth of my two lovely daughters.
